They were having such a good time tonight. Belly was on fire ...and Dixie was just indulging him for a while

PS This is why NOT to get laminate flooring. I can't wait until we can have it removed. We got it prior to Bassets. It's a nightmare when we're watching TV ...it makes this sound whether they are running or just wandering around.

That was great! They are very energetic!!! I agree the sound on the floor would drive me nuts too!! Do they let you clip their nails really short???

They will not let me clip them at all. Belvedere used to let me, until Dixie arrived

She will have no part of it so neither will he now. We have to tote them to the vet, which I need to do more often.

What a funny video!

It's the same with my laminated floor,
the wooden floor I have in the living
room is very different. I don't think
it's easy to clip their nails so short that
you won't hear that noise.

Such a cute video!!! I have to get another basset for Jackie...so they can do the 500 together! :P The noise the floor makes must be annoying....but I bet it is nice to have when they start shedding!
