We're headed tomm morning to get our new Basset baby....VERY excited!!!!!! We currently have a German Shepherd ( madelynn 2 as of feb ) & mixed breed ( hannah 9 as of feb ) & cat potter ( 5 in June ) We're undecided on which Basset we're getting a female or mAle....hence Gracie???? in the title.

Whow, what a beautiful family. If I had to make a choice between the two puppies, I could not! I would have to take both! Both are adorable! I am excited for you! Send lots of pictures....and good luck on your selection...love the names you've picked out as well.

ty, both, we love our kids!!! no, those aren't snowflakes lol, i think it was pollen blowing.
we wound up getting the puppy on the left.....the 1 i posted as gracie's sister. we kept the name gracie.....named her gracie mae she's so cute & sweet!!! took a ton of pics ill post later....right now im holding her sleepin up against me in a blanket. we're on our way to the vet today for a checkup. her poopy is sometimes runny & i saw traces of blood....i think its from the dewormer....fingers crossed. the puppies has their shots....vanguard plus & she eats drinks runs & plays so im hopin its just change of environment & water.ill update later....appt @ 1pm today. |

I have a one-year old basset, Jackie, who is the love of my life and the boss! I have rasied Jackie since she was seven weeks old and you are in for a wonderful adventure. Please post pictures and this board is the best for asking questions. Good luck!
