Dean, I copied the SH from Billy's post.

Maybe I'm an old fart but doing things with my basset is my idea of fun. I know seeing him chase a rabbit would be a blast-not that he's ever likely to chase one. Hopefully will see you and your bassets do some serious work on the 30th of November.

Molly and I will be there in Mass. for the fun Hunt the Sun. after Thanksgiving. Hopefully the experienced Bassets will give the novices a clue as to what to do with a rabbit scent. I can't wait!! It starts out as nothing, turns into fun, and then becomes an addiction: Bassets and humans alike! I know, I've been there. Take care, Belinda.

how about some directions to this big pack hunt?? i think i might come on up with Raider and let him get in on some of that hare action,don't cha know!!!!!!!!! can't cha see!!!!!!!! bringin' it on up in here!!!!!

Yo Billy If ya just want some comarderie in the field the come-on up to North Dartmouth and work off some of that Turkey day dinner. But if it is hare chasing yer afta then I would beg off, cuz Toughy is thinkin about attending again. Don't know why, certainly ain't fear, but when Toughy's around the hare go a missin.

There's talk it's his breath that drives them away.
