open to AKC registered or ILP dogs

The Hunt Test is open to Bassets, Beagles, PBGV and Dachshunds. It will be held on May 15, 2010 at the Ohio Valley Beagle Club in Union, KY (about 20 min from Cincinnati, OH). If anyone is interested in participating with their hound, spectating, helping out or helping us out with a raffle item please contact me off group at tdgraphics@insightb b.com

If you want to enter I will see you get a premium list with full details.

The test is open to spayed and neutered hounds. If you qualify your hound will earn a title granted by the BHCA. It is a great way to experience working your hound in the field on rabbit.

Lightning&Stomps

I am SO THERE! I will just come to spectate or help out, as I think it would be a bit much for Lightning. But I'm dying to see bassets in action. I'll email you directly, Terri.

Do you know any good Basset Breeders in Ky.. Looking for a puppy this summer. Just lost my 12 year old Basset girl last month. Having trouble finding good breeders. Not interested in showing but would like a responsible breeder. Any info. you have will be appreciated.

Sadly, I will be out of town on the 15th and can't help out now. I sure would have liked to have attended that. Susan, I don't know any breeders--I got Lightning in Virginia and Stomps was a rescue from Maryland. I know one woman in Versailles who has magnificent bassets and you might contact her. Her name is Cindy Wolf.
