At the hunt yesterday, somebody left a doggie winter vest behind ----- I used Wench to model it and she was so embarassed that it took 3 of us to get it on her
Once I saw the pinkwhip, I knew it belonged to Pinkwhip and Belle the bunni-nator.

Bunnie-nator ??? more like Bunnie- whipped

Yes it is !!!!!! Belle did not have to wear it during the hunt --- maybe the idea was to get the rabbits laughing so hard they couldn't run away

Here's a different picture ---- shows even the reins which apparently attach to the ears. I did not subject Wench to that indignity

Now Dean don't try to fool us. We know you borrowed that vest and bunny so you could use Wench to deliver your Christmas presents this year. That pink whip should be used on you! Happy Holidays.

OMG!!! That's so funny- looks like I really missed something on Saturday!

We got back early Saturday A.M. from Ct. and I was too tired from the drive to go over to the Beagle Club-

What kind of turn out did you get?

I suppose the Bun-i-nator is just lucky I didn't pull out her fleece hoodie. I bought it in the children's department at Target and cut off the arms.

Or, perhaps Belle is just lucky she is in the "Pet" Hunting Basset category and not the "Slave" Hunting Basset category. Here are the 8 Points of Difference --- (Pinkwhip's Belle and Midge n Hazley's Hazley will represent the "Pet" Hunting Bassets. Dean's Muttley and T. Bishop's Squirt will represent the "Slave" Hunting Basset category):

1. Pet Hunting Bassets are clean and fresh - you can pet them without getting sludge on your hands. Slave Hunting Bassets are FILTHY, you have to wash your hands with degreaser after you pet them.

2. Pet Hunting Bassets hang out with their moms knowing they will get lots of hugs. Slave Hunting Bassets look for love anywhere they can get it.

3. Pet Hunting Bassets get a snack and share mom's lunch after a hard hunt. Slave Hunting Bassets get nothing - even if they win.

4. Pet Hunting Bassets get warm coats. Slave Hunting Bassets get warm coats too, but theirs are made (per above) out of dirt.

5. Pet Hunting Bassets sleep in a house. Slave Hunting Bassets sleep in prison.

6. Pet Hunting Bassets ride to the hunt in the back seat of the car sitting atop a comforter, fleece blanket and surrounded by their toys. Slave Hunting Bassets have to hitchhike to the hunt.

7. Pet Hunting Bassets get cleaned up right after the hunt. Slave Hunting Bassets are left to bleed to death in a corner.

8. Pet Hunting Bassets come in last and get kisses. Slave Hunting Bassets come in last and get sold.

Whoa, whoa!! Don't drag us into this classification! I'm sure Hazley would insist she is in the "Slave" Hunting category. She would prefer remaining "au natural" baths are for wusses, she doesn't own any clothing, once she figures out what's happening, she'll take lovin from anyone!

Anyway, we really had a great time! It was quite the learning experience for Hazley too. Thanks to her vocal teachers, Squirt and Belle, she actually opened on a rabbit this morning!!!! It wasn't loud, but we heard her! I'll post the pictures tonight.
