Looking for Tracking Collar System on the CHEAP

Does anybody have a used tracking collar system they would like to sell? I was looking at one called the "Classic" and another called the "Maxima Duo." They are about $500-$700 and I would prefer to spend around $250 or even less if anyone has a really old one that still works perfectly.
