Does anyone know the medical term when a Bassets front legs are severely deformed or bowed? My vet explained it to me regarding Darla(my foster). I know sometimes the legs just turn out a bit b/c of this growth problem but Hers are so bowed she hops around. I wanted to look up some information on this to find out if anything can be done to help her but I cant remember the term. Thanks

Someone told me the name for a basset's legs being like they are is called chrondrodysplasia. I tried looking it up but couldn't find it. Tried several different spellings but still nothing. If you find something please let us know. Thanks
