Default eye issue

OK so I was worried about Tito because his eyes are bloodshot all the time and he also has a brown spot and his one eye. I took him to the vet monday and he checked out his eyes and told me that it is nothing to worry about the brown spot is only a problem if it starts to grow and he thinks tito wither has allergies, because he has been sacratching a lot, or that he is just getting irratated from dirt and dust because it is dry season here.

Well today I have been sick so I had my friend take him for two hours or so this afternoon so he could get a good romp in and her little brothers told me they were playing with him and his eyes rolled back in his head, he was still running around playing when it happened and they said after a minute or so they were back to normal and he was still playing and happy.

He has had some diarreah recently but the vet took his temp and it was normal and his last stool was normal. He also does not seem to be in pain and is eating normally.

I am calling the vet tomorrow to say what they told me happened, but I am wondering what you all think...also do you think I should take him to the other vet as well to get a second opinion?

ok good to know, tito is exposed to a bit of smoke whenever we visit peoples houses because of the stoves they have here.

I am at a loss to what he could be allergic to, should I not worry about it if he doesnt seem botherd
