Hi hank thank you so much for your advice and sharing your experience.. glaucoma is a horrible disease it came about so rapidly that he lost vision in the one eye within hours, i tried to keep the pressure under control with drops for awhile but realized he was in so much pain that surgery was the only option, he seems more comfortable now that his stitches are out and the cone is off. i am optimistic that the other eye will be ok as the pressures are normal and its not bulging at all, but i know that it can become worse at any moment. i think that his head shaking had lot to do with his ears and he is now on medication for them. i was wondering if your pup has been agressive at all with the other dogs since he lost his vision? homer sometimes gets startled by my moms dog and the other day they were both eating and he went for her food and but her ear! he has never tried to hurt her before as thats his little buddy they sleep together and groom each other usually but ever since he had his surgery he has been acting different towards her. just one more question did you have implants put in when hank had eyes eyes removed?
