Bumps on my Basset Hounds Butt

My Basset Hound has bumps on her butt and she is very uncomfortable when you touch them... They grow and one of them has no hair on it.

Are they solid or soft to touch? Can you post a picture of them please and maybe Mikey or someone else can help...

They are solid. I cant get a picture because you cant see them and she doesnt like it when im anywhere near it because it is so painful..

Did they suddenly pop up or have you noticed them changing? Either way I would take her to a vet; skin cancer is common in dogs in general (the most common form of cancer for dogs) so you can never be too safe. Benign skin tumors are also very common; my mutt just had 3 removed last year. Anabelle has a large benign tumor as well that we haven't removed because it doesn't bother her.
