Our Basset was bred in late February-early March. I have her been due within the next 7-9 days. However she is not very large. Whe has gained some weight but really doesn't look very poochy. She has definately had morning sickness and has swollen nipple that can be expressed a little.
Can she be pregnant without really showing much. Griff. |

You need to have her x-rayed to know for sure. Bitches can have all the signs of pregnancy without actually being pregnant, but it's also possible that there's only one puppy. Sometimes if there's only one the bitch may not go into labor properly, so you must x-ray to know what's going on and if a c-section might be required.
