Default Question - on heat...

Hello all, I need to know Lexie hasn't been on heat and on the 22nd of July she'll be a year old. Is this normal? She was on cortizone for her rash and was quite small until recently?

Tough to say because sometimes they can have silent heats and you won't know they've even had a heat. I should think you may want to have your Vet look at her to see if everything is normal, maybe do blood work,on the other hand at a year she may come in season.Just watch to see if her vulva gets swollen or at least bigger than her normal size. She may not bleed alot or even keep herself very clean. This breed is so predictable to be unpredictable. Good Luck
