I am looking for a properly stacked front end photo of a basset hound. I have no problem finding side views. We just started showing and our conformation class is so varied (from great dane to papillon) that it is hard to compare a proper basset front end. Basset front ends are so different from other breeds and my husband grew up on english cockers. It's hard to see others in the showring so I thought a photo might be helpful. Thanks!

Those older basset books are great. Not only pictures but you get to know some of the long time basset breeder's names and kennel names.
Did you look at the video of the basset hound at last year's Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show? Even though it's a side view you can get a pretty darn good look at the fronts. |
