Is Harvey Beagle/Basset or mix?

This is Harvey. He is short like a Basset Hound, his ears are medium length. He has the traditional Howl.

** In the pics he has Cherry Eye

he could be a basset/beagle mix. I see a lot of beagle in him.

I see a lot of beagle in him too. With the ears and the face. He also looks a little taller than most basset hounds. But he's still a cutie!

Beagle/Basset mix for sure. My Buddy is a mix too--beagle head, long legs and basset body.

I do believe he's a mix....he's like my Blizzard, Beagle head, Basset body, but I think my girl was mixed with a 13" beagle..she is on the small side! He's a cutie!

PS: Does Harvey have a Cherry Eye? I may be wrong, but it looks like my Lottie's eye before she had an operation to stitch it back inside!
