I noticed a picture has been added to the article I linked- I'm assuming it's one of the dogs in question; looks like it's tick-infested. I'd be interested in seeing more pictures of kennel /dog conditions at the time the PSPCA visited Murder Hollow last summer.

"The picture above shows one of the Bassets found at Willard's kennel. Look closely at those little black dots on the dog's face, those are ticks. PSPCA officers say all the dogs in Willard's kennel were covered in ticks and some were suffering from Lyme Disease. Many had severe cases of parasites too."
